Silueta Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Daniella Arcila LLC, operating as Silueta ("Silueta", "we"). By using the Silueta app you agree to them.

1. What Silueta is

Silueta is a place to discover independent fashion labels, browse their pieces, and save and arrange them into looks. Silueta is not the seller of the products shown. Purchases are made on each label's own website, under that label's terms, prices, shipping, returns and customer service.

2. Product information

Product names, photos, descriptions, prices, sizes and availability come from the labels and are updated periodically. They can be out of date or contain errors.

• Prices shown in a currency other than the label's own are approximate conversions. The price and currency at the label's checkout are the ones that apply.
• A piece shown as available may have sold out, and vice versa.
• Colour, fit and occasion suggestions in the app, including outfits the app assembles, are for inspiration only.

3. Buying from labels

When you leave Silueta to buy, your contract is with the label. Questions about orders, delivery, returns, refunds and faulty goods should go to the label. Silueta is not responsible for the label's products, website or conduct.

Affiliate disclosure: Silueta may earn a commission from a label when you buy after following a link from the app.

4. Your account

You may browse without an account. If you create one, you agree to give a real email address, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account).

5. Silueta+

Silueta+ is an optional paid membership that adds extra features, described in the app.

• It is offered as a monthly or a yearly subscription. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe.
• If a free trial is offered, you are not charged during the trial. The subscription starts, and the first payment is taken, when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• It is billed through your Apple account and renews automatically for the same period until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel at any time in your Apple account settings; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• We may change the features included, and will tell members in advance of any change that materially reduces them.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not: copy or scrape the app's content in bulk; interfere with how the app works or try to access other people's accounts; use the app for anything unlawful; or use the labels' photos and descriptions outside the app without their permission.

7. Ownership

The Silueta name, design and software belong to us. Product photos, names and descriptions belong to the respective labels. The looks you create are yours; you give us permission to store and display them to you as part of the service.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop any part of Silueta, and may remove labels or pieces at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Silueta is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for products bought from labels. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the consumer law of the place where you live gives you the right to bring them there.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Silueta after a change means you accept the new terms.
